Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

• In the same condition that you received it — unworn, unwashed, and unused
• With all original tags still attached
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items missing original tags or packaging
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance
• Gift cards

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at info@instylemenwear.com with your order number and reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error, we will cover the return shipping cost. For all other eligible returns (e.g., size exchanges, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right as quickly as possible. Please include photos of the damage or incorrect item when contacting us.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
